Moreover, the Association’s Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct was declared binding by the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority FMA on 7 June 2011 (FMA Guideline 2011/1). Appropriate responsible for customer complaints
Mr. Hanspeter Stäger is responsible for the complaint management of Alvier Asset Management AG. Possible customer complaints have to be forwarded to Mr. Hanspeter Stäger and will be handled by him.
Extrajudicial conciliation in the financial services sector
The extrajudicial conciliation board is responsible for settling disputes between clients and
banks,
investment firms,
asset management companies and
payment service providers.
